Training to Train (focus in Jr Competitive II; Developing Masters and Senior Novice athletes).
Training to Compete (Focus in Jr, Sr. and Master Competitive)
Training to win (focus in Elite Athletes, this level require more commitment and preparation base)

Police records check for coaches, chaperones etc.

Here is the link to the Ottawa Police Service web site where you can download the from to fill out for police checks for volunteers and non-profits.

Here is the ORC letter from club president Lana Burpee that you, fill out and take it with you to the police station indicating that you are requesting this check for your work as a coach at the ORC.
