Waivers
Every member who rows at the ORC must complete, sign and return
a liability waiver. Those under 19 must have the signature of a parent
or legal guardian.
The waiver is part of the registration/membership form and must be completed and submitted by all members.

Travel Information Form
Every member who competes with the club at a regatta must
submit a completed copy of this form. Hand it in to the office. You
may be asked to complete additional copies should trip organizers
require.
The forms will be available here by late April.
